cg_nomip is a bitmask to disable the picmip on same shaders:

Example: To disable the picmip on Lightning gun and Grenade launcher set the value to 1 + 8 = 9.
It is recommended to set cg_nomip 511 to activate all nomips if playing with a high value of r_picmip.
